Rider Biomechanics 1:1 GOLD

1:1 session during which we will establish. a full case history. We will then carry out a range of functional tests to find out what YOUR baseline biomechanics are, both on and off horse. This will assess movement, balance, and possible compensation patterns. We will utilise the Square1systemTM protocol along with bands to improve position and performance.

Videos and footage of the session will be provided after, along with a detailed and comprehensive feedback report along with recommendations.

Additional strength and conditioning programmes will be available, cost dependent on requirement.

Please note travel costs may be applicable, this will be confirmed prior to your session. Charges will be at 45p per mile, beyond 20 miles from GL51. Multiple bookings at one location will result in a reduction of this cost.

We will then carry out a range of functional tests to find out what YOUR baseline biomechanics are, with regards to range of movement, compensation patterns and ‘triggers’ utilising the Square1system™ protocol along with Equisk bands to improve dynamic stability, position and proprioception. Videos and footage of the session will be sent after.

NB: Full feedback report and corrective protocol will NOT be given with this option.

Additional strength and conditioning programmes will be available, cost dependent on requirement.

I’ve been seeing Clare for the last 5+ years but more recently Myo Performance have been the bedrock of my knee rehabilitation. One of the reasons for this is Clare’s ability to look at the whole body and not just treat the “problem area(s)”. Her holistic approach to Sports Therapy is why I genuinely think she is one of the very best currently practicing. She is truly amazing and one of the reasons I know that I will be back playing sport soon.

10/10 would absolutely recommend seeing Clare for any niggles or injuries! She’s always 100% attentive and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. I’ve been seeing her for an ongoing lower back issue, and she doesn’t just treat the symptoms — she looks at the root cause and what might be triggering it. She adapts each session to exactly what I need on the day, which makes such a difference. I always leave feeling listened to, supported, and moving so much more comfortably than when I walked in.
