Having seen a number of physiotherapist over the years I can honestly say that Clare’s approach is so refreshingly honest and holistic. She listened to my concerns, asked questions no one has ever really even hinted at before and identified one of the key causes of my issue, (back issues). Her understanding of the anatomy of the body and her insight into the psychology of pain together with her pragmatic and down to earth approach really works and gave me a better appreciation of the underlying cause and affects and helped me to help myself! Even after just one session I felt we had made great progress. I would not hesitate to recommend Clare.

Where do I even begin?

Claire at MyoPerformance has become such an important part of my healing journey. Living with a body that doesn’t always behave as I’d like can be incredibly challenging, but from the very first appointment, Claire has made me feel completely safe, listened to, and understood.

She has the patience of a saint. I often walk in and have to confess what I’ve done that week or how I’ve somehow managed to undo some of her previous hard work, and she just smiles, reassures me, and patiently starts putting me back together again. She never makes me feel like a burden—only supported.

Her knowledge is truly exceptional. She has an incredible understanding of the body and always seems to know exactly what it needs. Every treatment is tailored to me, and I leave feeling not only physically better but emotionally uplifted too.

Claire is one of those rare people whose kindness matches her expertise. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without her support, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of my healing team.
