I’ve been seeing Clare for almost two years for an ongoing back issue. Usually, I go when it flares up and we focus on releasing the tension and managing the pain. This time, though, we explored the neurological side of the problem and how my body responds to different triggers.

We looked at how my brain and body can get stuck in a constant fight-or-flight state, which can contribute to the flare-ups and ongoing tension I experience. After just an hour of working on breathing, movement, and understanding how everything connects through the core, my back feels completely different. I’m now able to do movements that would usually cause pain without triggering a flare-up. It was eye-opening to realise how connected everything really is.

I can’t recommend Clare enough — she doesn’t just treat the pain, she looks for the root cause and works holistically to help you better understand your body.

Managed to get in with Clare after a particularly heavy week cycling and running resulting in an incredibly painful knee. Clare identified the issue, worked on it and loosened off all tight areas! I hobbled in and comfortably walked out! Amazing as always!! Thank you!!
